Legal
Effective date: October 27, 2026
This policy explains how Digital Coders LLC (“Digital Coders”, “we”, “us”), a Washington limited liability company, collects, uses and shares information through digitalcodersusa.com (the “Site”) and when we provide our services.
Information you give us. When you request a free AI visibility check, fill in a form, email us or become a client, we collect what you provide, such as your name, business name, website, trade, city and state, email address, phone number and the content of your messages.
Information from clients. To deliver our services, clients give us business information (services, service areas, prices, photos, certifications) and access to accounts such as their website, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console. We ask clients to grant user access rather than share passwords.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, collect technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages and approximate location. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.
Public information. For free checks, audits and client work, we review publicly available information about businesses, such as websites, business listings, reviews and the answers AI tools give about them.
We deliver our services with AI tools and human review. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including website hosting, email, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, AI visibility tracking and AI model providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
Our team and some of our service providers are located outside the United States, so your information may be stored and processed in other countries, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
We share information only:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and offer any opt-out the law requires before doing so. Where a law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out.
We keep free check requests and results for up to 24 months unless you become a client. We keep client records for the length of the engagement and up to 7 years afterward for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We then delete or anonymize the information.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
We do not collect consumer health data as defined in Washington’s My Health My Data Act.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and notify clients by email of material changes.
